- Management position that manages a project team consisting of cross-brand project coordinators who coordinate and analyze project status, schedule, resources and problems. Develops cross-brand strategies and protocols to support end-to-end project ownership and predictable store delivery dates. Leads and facilitates process change and refinement in support of schedule compression. Directs and manages the development and maintenance of the department onboarding tool. Documents and maintains current and proposed processes and standard operating procedures. Typically reports to VP SDC. Typically manages project coordinators. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience years experience.
- Support the RE Travel Retail (TR) program in SD&C with additional project management services
- Work with key business partners in feasibility, development, execution and opening of New and Refresh TR stores
- International store count continues to be a growth area that requires additional project management support
- Travel Retail Stores need a specialized and dedicated project manager
