We are currently seeking a full-time/part-time Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • You will competently and reliably answer customer inquiries by phone and in writing. With your open and friendly demeanor, you will initiate successful conversations.
  • You will coordinate appointments and inquiries.
  • You will independently advise on the possibilities of further education and find suitable educational offerings.
  • You will work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing.
  • You will ensure customer satisfaction and proactively support its expansion.
  • You will continuously optimize our processes with your experience from daily business.
  • You will diligently and securely maintain data of our contacts in our inhouse prospect management system.
  • You will work in shift models.
