- Coordinate customer inquiries
- Provide information on benefits from other social insurance providers
- Conduct customer retention calls
Your profile:
- Completed training as a social insurance specialist or healthcare management clerk
- Indepth knowledge of all matters related to statutory health and longterm care insurance
- Excellent English skills
- Strong customer orientation and positive attitude
- High level of responsibility and ability to work independently
- Willingness to have a flexible work schedule
