    A client in Spokane is looking for a Project Manager who will oversee a construction portfolio of healthcare projects.

    The Project Manager will organize the team and project by leading the bid process, staying within budget and ensuring required timeline of close out.

    The perfect candidate will have a construction focus background working within the healthcare industry, provide cost estimates, working on multiple projects at once, have a background in estimations, bids, proposals, leading a team of contractors, and meet client deadlines.

    Has contacts/connections or a portfolio of clients that sit locally in Spokane.

    Has a background being a Project Engineer.

    • Over 5-8 years of experience in field construction management working on healthcare projects.
    • Proficient computer skills and working with construction/pm software's - experience with bids, proposals, drafting, estimating, documenting, and procurement.
    • Has fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.

    Demonstrates great communication skills in order to maintain good relationships with contractors and clients while also having the ability to negotiate.
