We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Housekeeping Assistant to work alongside our Housekeeper to ensure the smooth operation of our Housekeeping department.

Your organizational skills and attention to detail will create a comfortable atmosphere for our guests.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare rooms for cleaning by providing cleaning supplies, guest amenities, and fresh linens, and checking and maintaining equipment
  • Assist and oversee proper cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to our standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in your work area and complete all tasks diligently
  • Handle work materials, hotel facilities, and hotel laundry with care in our own laundry facility
  • Support the Housekeeper and take on their responsibilities in their absence
  • Address guest complaints professionally
  • Create and manage work and vacation schedules as needed
  • Train and evaluate apprentices
  • Manage inventory and order supplies
  • Arrange for necessary repairs

Qualifications:

  • Experience in upscale hospitality (preferably in a similar position) or a completed education in housekeeping
  • Reliable and independent work ethic
  • Strong emphasis on organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail
