We are currently seeking a *Sachbearbeiter*in* for our payroll department at Albertus-Magnus Werkstätten in Günzburg. This is a full-time, permanent position.


Your responsibilities:


  • Independently prepare, review, and process monthly payroll for approximately 180 employees
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Serve as a point of contact for management, employees, visitors, caregivers, social security agencies, and authorities

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training as an office manager, industrial clerk, or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and with attention to detail
  • Reliability and conscientiousness
  • Good comprehension skills
  • Knowledge of social security law is desirable
  • Experience or further education in human resources is desirable
