For a medical center for coagulation diagnostics in
Düsseldorf, we are looking for you as part of direct recruitment (NO TEMP WORK) as:

Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:


  • Reception and preparation of patients for consultations
  • Conducting blood draws and therapeutic measures, such as infusions and transfusions
  • Organization of appointments, scheduling, and prescription creation
  • Preparation of billing (EBM, GOÄ and IgeL services)
  • Maintenance of master data and general administrative tasks

Your qualifications:


  • You have completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) / MFA (m/f/d)
  • Experience with common MS Office products and desirable with the medical information system Medical Office
  • You have a responsible work ethic and are a team player
  • PC skills and openness to new things complete your profile
