Your responsibilities as a Recruiter (m/w/d) include:

You work with the departments to define the requirements for each job posting and implement targeted recruiting strategies
You independently manage the entire recruiting process, from creating compelling job postings to selecting suitable channels and preparing hiring decisions
You screen applicants based on predefined criteria, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate inperson interviews
You use your creative ideas to engage and attract candidates
Through successful active sourcing, you also convince passive candidates
You continuously work on optimizing and developing yourself through projects in the field of personnel marketing, such as managing our social media channels or preparing for and following up on trade show participation

What is expected of you:

You are passionate about recruiting and enjoy taking new and unconventional approaches
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a degree with a focus on personnel management or psychology
