In the role of Claims Technical Motor Engineer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for assessing all types of vehicle damage in the areas of liability and comprehensive claims.

In addition, you will dedicate yourself to the following exciting tasks:


  • You are responsible for calculating all motor vehicle damage and valuations of motor vehicles
  • You create liability and comprehensive appraisals, condition reports, and valuations in the areas of cars, trucks, and motorcycles
  • In addition, you carry out document checks of appraisals and are responsible for reviewing cost estimates and repair invoices
  • You advise and negotiate with customers to reach a settlement agreement
  • You also settle vehicle damage within the scope of the granted powers of attorney and refer suitable claims to partner workshops or service providers
  • In addition, you also conduct video calls for suitable claims and provide support nationwide in the event of cumulative major loss events
