We are part of the nationwide Doceins MVZ Group in Newcastle, UT.

The ÜBAG (Interregional Professional Practice Community) includes two MVZ structures with locations in central and Grünau Leipzig, as well as Delitzsch, Werdau, and Nordhausen.

Our goal is to provide holistic care for patients, from diagnosis to therapy and follow-up. We offer interdisciplinary outpatient care with a focus on oncology/hematology, psycho-oncology, nuclear medicine, and general practice.

Together, we can fulfill the individual needs of each patient and referring physician with minimal bureaucracy and an interdisciplinary team that is locally rooted and personally knows the patients.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant (m/f/d) in full-time for our oncology practice at our Delitzsch location.

Responsibilities:

You are the first point of contact for our patients
Organizing the flow of appointments
Preparing and following up on appointments
Handling mail, emails, and phone calls
Documentation, billing, and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) or previous experience working at a medical practice reception
Knowledge of practice management systems is desirable, but we are also willing to train
Proof of complete vaccination against the SARS-CoV2 coronavirus
