Responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for the timely and quality execution of maintenance, repairs and modifications of machinery and equipment
  • You optimize the equipment and their production efficiency in coordination with the production areas
  • You are responsible for planning, implementing and adhering to the maintenance budget in coordination with management, as well as ensuring the availability of spare parts
  • You coordinate and manage external contractors
  • You plan and monitor preventive maintenance and repair measures on production equipment. This includes obtaining technical offers, ordering and managing spare parts and auxiliary materials
  • You actively participate in the strategic development and implementation of strategic projects. You coordinate the overall plant goals in areas such as occupational safety, quality, etc. in daily operations with the goal of mindset change and actively motivating employees to achieve these goals
  • You are responsible for the disciplinary and professional management of your employees, as well as compliance with safety regulations in maintenance

Profile:


  • You have successfully completed a university degree, preferably in electrical engineering, or a comparable career path with relevant further education
  • You have many years of professional experience in the repair, maintenance and upkeep of equipment and machinery
  • You have sound knowledge of electrical engineering, drive and testing technology, pneumatics and hydraulics, especially in the regulations DGUV, VDE, VDI, handling of hazardous substances
  • You have experience in leading and developing employees
  • You are proficient in SAP and MS Office, especially Word and Excel
  • You are confident,
