    Salamander Designs, leading specialty Audio-Video Furniture manufacturer is seeking a versatile and results-driven professional to fill the role of Integrated Marketing Manager.

    As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media initiatives, to optimize our online presence and user experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure content alignment and consistent messaging across all communication channels is essential.

    In this dynamic position, you will wear multiple hats, overseeing various aspects of digital marketing, content creation, communications and analytics. Working in a highly creative and entrepreneurial business environment, the individual will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive approach to market specific digital messaging, utilizing market analytics, competitive analysis, and all social media platforms that are specific for the company and its products to drive market awareness.

    Responsibilities Include:

    Digital Marketing

    · Develop and lead comprehensive digital marketing strategies, encompassing SEO, SEM, and social media, to drive brand awareness and engagement.

    · Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

    · Conduct SEO and keyword research and provide suggestions for ad targeting and marketing copy optimization.

    · Paid social media advertising initiatives—including visual asset creation, copywriting, A/B testing, analytics tracking and reporting, lead generation, strategic planning, and improvement through constant iteration and innovation.

    · Monitor digital media activities of all audiences, competitive social presences and market data and analyze to the benefit of company sales channels. Innovate and improve brand communications and customer experience and engagement.

    · Email marketing: strategic planning, scheduling, and execution of initiatives, with goals towards list growth, list segmentation, and micro-targeting; working with team to target B2C and B2B; knowledge of email marketing best practices and innovations.

    · Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep the company ahead in the industry.

    Content Development

    · Create engaging and informative content (including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.) for various channels, collaborating with teams for content alignment and consistency.

    · Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive growth, including Email marketing, direct mail, interactive/web marketing, sales webinars, promotions and advertising efforts (SEO, SEM, and social).

    · Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, events operations, editorial, data services, and web development, to execute and optimize marketing campaigns.

    PR & Communications

    · Oversee public relations, media relations, and corporate communications to ensure= consistent messaging and brand positioning. Writing and distributing of press releases is a plus.

    Analytics

    · Analyze marketing data (emails, landing pages, social campaigns, and other digital initiatives) to provide insights, monitor key performance indicators, and support decision-making with data-driven recommendations.

    · Monitor digital media activities, competitive social presences, and market data to innovate and improve brand communications and customer experience.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

    3-5 years' experience in B2B and B2C marketing and copywriting, preferably with an emphasis on digital/social media marketing, email marketing, paid search, keywords, and influencer engagement.

    Aptitudes for email strategy, content, and testing, as well as audience growth and retention, segmenting, and automated communications.

    A confident understanding of digital/social media marketing best practices, as well as an enthusiasm for learning new methods and experimenting with emerging technologies, ideas, and trends.

    Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing best practices.

    Experience buying, testing, and refining ads on Facebook/Instagram and Linkedin.

    Demonstrated ability to think innovatively, take initiative, and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Detail-oriented, highly organized, strong problem solving and analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.

    Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

    Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

    Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills.

    The right person for this job will be reporting to our offices 2-3 days per week with the rest of their time spent working remote.
