- Support strategic initiatives across growth, operations, and new ventures
- Partner with teams from across our organization (Operations, Analytics, Corporate Development, Business Development) to execute projects, build workflows, and create processes that will allow our business to grow and scale
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on time-sensitive and strategic operational improvement projects
- Lead efforts in standing up new initiatives, project management, data processing and analysis, and presentation building simultaneously across multiple projects
- Design and implement project management and organization best practices
- Provide input and contribute to strategic thought on partnerships with external stakeholders and vendors
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2+ years' experience in project management, financial analysis, operations, or related fields
- Strong organizational, analytical, detailed planning and project management skills
- Ability to independently pursue and develop solutions to complex problems
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Scrappy, eager, positive team player with no ego
- Strong comfort with working in a fast-paced environment
- An authentic passion for improving the lives of underserved patients and advancing value-based care
- Experience working on multiple complex projects end-to-end
- Previous work in consulting, investment banking, or equivalent skillset
- Familiarity with programming a plus
