    Description

    Manhattan West Enterprise Company Operations Associate

    Join Manhattan West's alternative investments team in a modern and fast-growing investment firm. We offer proprietary alternative investments across multiple asset classes including Venture Capital, Private Equity, Real Estate, and more.

    About this Position:

    • Located at Manhattan West's office in Century City, Los Angeles, CA
    • Fulltime, exempt with flexible office and remote days
    • Reports to the Executive Director of Venture Capital and the Director of Operations

    Responsibilities:

    • Play a key role in investment transactions
    • Handle administrative duties supporting daily business practices
    • Prepare subscription documents and track wires
    • Manage prospect and client communications and databases
    • Facilitate agreements and assist with audits
    • Collaborate with service providers and legal teams
    • Update and maintain financial records
    • Assist with investor distributions

    Skills:

    • Attention-to-detail and project management skills
    • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
    • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
    • Effective communication and organizational skills

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DocuSign
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States
    • Background check and pre-employment assessments

    Preferences:

    • Experience in alternative investments
    • Proficiency in Orion wealth management software and DocuSign
    • Pitchbook experience

    Compensation:

    • Salary range $75,000 - $90,000 based on qualifications and experience
    • Discretionary bonus
