    Description
    We are looking for a

    Senior Financial Analyst, Strategy

    to work for our client. This is a hybrid role with only 2 days on-site each week. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.


    Responsibilities:
    Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing financial performance.

    Assist in the development of the company's long-term financial strategy. Collaborate with senior leadership to define financial objectives and initiatives.

    Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.

    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and industry benchmarks. Use findings to inform financial strategies.

    Build and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.

    Assess financial risks and propose mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on the financial impact of potential risks.

    Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of strategic initiatives. Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting

    4+ years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or related roles.

    Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

    Strong knowledge of financial principles and concepts.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

    Strategic thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
