- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Architect, or similar role, with expertise in both data design/implementation and data use/analysis.
- Expert knowledge of data ingestion, modeling, mastery, management, and governance techniques.
- Experience using Data Quality tools, documenting, prioritizing, and resolving data quality issues.
- Proven experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
- Experience developing data models in Medicaid or any healthcare domain (preferred).
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., CS, Statistics, Engineering.)
- Been recognized as a 2023 TOP WORK PLACE by the Houston Chronicle
