    Job Description:
    Performs Day-to-Day activities to administer VDI in support of end-users.
    Creates and deploys application packages to VDI users.
    Preform all system updates and monthly patches.
    Troubleshoots complex issues and provides incident resolution for all related incidents requiring escalated support or subject matter enterprise.
    Administer Azure Virtual Desktops and Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD)Perform Monthly patching on all VDIs.
    Thin Client Imaging, deployment and management using Dell Wyse suiteTroubleshooting application deployment and upgrade issuesWindows 10 WVD deploymentTroubleshoot and resolve voice and call center application issues related to VDIsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


    Must have a minimum of 5 years of related experience administrating a virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI)Must have experience providing end-user support related to VDIExperience with SQL Server HA ClustersExperience in administering Windows & file shares and NTFS securityVMware ESXi VirtualizationVMware Horizon View VDIExperience with VMware DEM.Operating Systems (Windows 10, Windows 2012 R2, Windows 2019)SCCM for patching and app deployments.

    VMware App volumes and Microsoft App-V application virtualization experienceAzure Virtual Desktops and Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD)Active Directory and Group Policy ManagementGeneral Scripting Knowledge (VBScript, PowerShell)General Administration of Unix/LinuxThin client managementSkills:

    VDI, Azure, Windows, Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD), SQL Server, VMWare, SCCM, Active Directory, VB Script/PowerShell, Unix/Linux.
