    • Delegate and direct service tasks, monitor project progress, and lead the service team to achieve objectives.
    • Handle administrative duties including billing, material orders, and profit/loss reports.
    • Oversee the service job board and enhance its effectiveness.
    • Solve service issues, enhance productivity, and boost customer satisfaction.
    • Uphold customer service standards to meet company goals efficiently.
    • Stay updated on industry regulations and manage external service providers for profitability.
    • Address customer problems promptly and maintain organized schedules.

    What we are looking for in our ideal Roofing Service Manager:


    • A degree in business or relevant field or equivalent construction industry experience.
    • Sales and management background is a plus.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
    • OSHA 30 certification is desirable.
    • Proficiency in using Windows computers and essential software.
    • Proven track record in marketing campaigns and team management.
    • Valid driver's license.
