- Event Planning and Creative Execution: Organize and manage recruitment events, such as job fairs and open house events, to attract and interact with potential candidates. Creativity is a must
- 1099 Sales Recruitment: Execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract and engage top independent sales professionals. Understand the nuances of 1099 roles and communicate the benefits and expectations clearly to candidates.
- Candidate Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening, arrange interviews, and participate in the selection process to ensure candidates meet the company's requirements and culture.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals. Report on recruitment metrics and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Strong understanding of the sales industry, particularly in contract-based sales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network effectively and build long-term relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a flair for creative problem-solving and innovation in recruitment strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
