    Are you a medical staffing recruiter and frustrated you are not getting noticed for your experience in the effective processes you are using to fill state contract facility positions?

    Our client, is looking for an experienced Senior Nurse Staffing Recruiter with potential to advance to management with our recruiting team in Greenville SC metro you are entrepreneurial, team oriented, high energy, and optimistic, with ability to connect with all types of people, finding the ideal candidates to meet client needs.

    Primary Duties:

    • Source/hire open state facility nurse staffing positions for VMS (vendor management system) and MSP (managed service provider) contract positions
    • Responsible for utilizing multiple VMS portals from start to finish
    • Works closely with company president and Contract Development Manager to build a strategic recruitment system and process to fill nurse staffing opportunities.

    • 5+ years nurse recruiting in medical staff agency for state contract and VMS openings required
    • Computer savvy with MS Office, knowledge of API recruiting software a plus
