    Description

    Loan Portfolio Manager - Commercial Development

    Location: Tallahassee, FL

    Schedule: Monday- Friday generally 8:00am-5:00pm with some overtime as needed

    Compensation: Annual salary in the $100,000+ range, based on experience

    Summary of Qualifications:

    • 5-7+ years of experience in finance or banking
    • Mortgage Broker or CPA licensure a plus
    • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
    • Reliable transportation to commute to our office and travel around town as needed

    About us: Premier Commercial Group (PCG) is the go-to commercial brokerage firm for many environments restaurants, cafes, retail stores, offices, hotels, and large-scale hospitality spaces in Florida. The success we've experienced in our founding city of Tallahassee has led to projects in surrounding areas like Panama City and Crawfordville. As we've expanded, we have added teams that specialize in developing commercial real estate investments and property management services.

    About this position: We are looking to add a Loan Portfolio Manager to our team. If you have experience in finance or banking and have an interest in real estate development, you may be the perfect fit for PCG. Here are some other characteristics that might describe you:

    • Highly organized and forward thinking
    • Willing to "dig" into issues and research problems that arise
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local markets and the general economy
    • Former banker/lender with understanding of capital markets
    • Comfortable with Microsoft Office products and technologically savvy
