Client:
Our client is a prestigious foundation which supports humanitarian and healthcare initiatives. The investment team manages over $5 billion in assets which is broadly diversified across a range of asset classes.

Some asset classes include public and private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, real asset funds, and fixed income funds.

Opportunity:

The Senior Analyst will be part of a lean investment team and will report to the Directors of the associated asset class.

The Investment Analyst will rotate between public and private market segments over the duration of 3 years.

Start Date:
Immediate

Responsibilities:
Screen new investment opportunities and conduct comprehensive manager due diligence
Support all investment activities including the creation and maintenance of complex financial, statistical, and quantitative computer models to evaluate investment decisions and support portfolio and risk management efforts
Participate in meetings with investment managers and prepare monthly and quarterly performance reporting and reconciliation
Conduct market research and assist in identifying investment areas of potential high interest
Participate in performance benchmarking, reference checks, and the review of legal documents
Interact with existing and prospective investment managers, and external service providers

Qualifications:
1-4 years of Investment Banking, Consulting, Equity Research, Advisory, or Investment experience
Top school a plus
Strong academic performance
Passion for investing, self starter, ability to work independently, prioritize projects, and collaborate with a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Commitment to the foundation's missions
Strong Financial modeling skills, general knowledge of portfolio theory, capital markets, and/or private equity
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skills
