    Key Responsibilities:


    Lead the management, maintenance, and enhancement of all plant process control networks, ensuring the seamless operation of PLC logic programming and HMI operator interfaces.

    Offer comprehensive engineering and technical support to enhance manufacturing and maintenance efficiency, focusing on the electrical equipment and automated systems' troubleshooting, rebuilding, and repair.

    Spearhead initiatives to safeguard cybersecurity within internal process control networks in collaboration with Corporate IT, ensuring the integrity and security of our operations.

    Champion the discovery and integration of cutting-edge control instrumentation and equipment to elevate our manufacturing processes.

    Drive the successful execution of automation projects aimed at the continual advancement of manufacturing operations, including the design, selection, and deployment of innovative equipment and systems enhancements.


    Minimum Requirements:
    A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    At least 2 years of proven experience as a Controls Engineer within a commercial manufacturing setting.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
    Demonstrated experience in industrial process control, including proficiency in PLC, DCS, and HMI programming.

    A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a complex manufacturing environment, showcasing strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across various functions.

    Experience with legacy control systems migration, with a proven track record of leading multifunctional project teams.
    Expertise in various PLC programming languages and HMI interfaces, such as Allen Bradley and Wonderware, is highly regarded.
