The STADT UND LAND FACILITY GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of STADT UND LAND Wohnbauten-Gesellschaft mbH, one of the successful six municipal housing companies in the city of Berlin.

We are a modern service provider for infrastructure services, exclusively working for the STADT UND LAND group. Currently, the housekeeping department manages over 48,000 apartments.

Group Leader for Housekeeping Services (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

Disciplinary and professional management of the service manager group, ensuring operational performance requirements
Participation in the development of economic plans and forecasts
Staff scheduling for operational positions
Preparation and implementation of inventory takeovers (economic calculations, offers, contract amendments, evaluation of work areas)
Participation in procurement processes (e.g. for temporary employment, material purchases)
Management of quality assurance
Maintenance of subordinate communication infrastructure (currently smartphones)
Process design and monitoring using CAFM software (currently "Hausmanager"), e.g. user account management, master data implementation/management, performance and tour planning, ticket processing, reporting
Regular reporting to department management on business performance and planning of significant individual processes

Your Profile:

Education and/or extensive knowledge from a completed degree in economics or business administration or a vocational school degree with experience in business and/or real estate management, or equivalent knowledge with professional and leadership experience
