The DELFISH swimming school has been offering professional swimming courses in over 80 indoor pools since 1997 and is one of the most renowned and largest swimming schools in Germany.


For our office in Ladenburg (no home office), we are currently looking for a dynamic and socially competent individual as a Customer Service Coordinator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible hours/week).


Your responsibilities:

  • Organizing the daily operations of the customer service department
  • Coordinating all customer service employees and tasks
  • Advising and supporting new and existing customers via phone and email
  • Processing registrations, cancellations, and customer complaints

Your profile:

  • You have completed vocational training or a degree
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience
  • You are customeroriented and have strong communication skills
  • You have a high level of social competence
  • You have excellent German language skills (spoken and written) due to customer interaction
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of the MS Office package are essential
