Role:
You will be tasked with;
Developing innovative category strategies to drive commercial value and efficiency across the marketing category.
Develop an agenda which seeks to encourage commercial innovation across the portfolio - supporting internal customers to recognise the value and opportunity presented by "challenger" vendors
Utilise your deep market knowledge of the Marketing domain to position yourself as a trusted business partner to key stakeholders.
Manage the in-house, captive, sourcing execution team through the S2C process for all go to market proceduresExperience:
You will demonstrate;
Experience of developing 3-5 year category plans within Marketing, specific to creative & media spend
Delivering commercial innovation within the category - including the introduction of "challenger" vendors into the portfolio
Evidence of challenging Exec level stakeholders in regard to their appetite for Risk within the portfolio
Experience gained in regulated private sector organisations - Financial Services preferred
