In the Department of Construction, Environment and Transportation, WBL, the position mentioned above is to be filled in the Building Management department in the Cleaning Services team at the earliest possible date.

The tasks can also be performed by part-time employees.


This is what your daily routine looks like
:


  • Inspecting and accepting cleaning services
  • Handling complaints
  • Performing own manual work
  • Assessing the cleaning situation on site
  • Providing cleaning and care products, machines and equipment, as well as hygiene items

If you
:


  • Have completed at least a threeyear vocational training in building cleaning
  • Have proven experience as an object manager in building cleaning
  • Have proven knowledge of German in spoken and written form (e.g. through a certificate within the framework of the European Reference Framework at level C2)
  • Have completed further training as an object manager or are willing to acquire it at short notice
  • Have a valid class B driver's license and are willing to use your private car for business trips on a regular basis for mileage compensation
  • Are willing to work in a team
  • Have a quick grasp and assertiveness, as well as situational sensitivity
  • Have methodological competence in work planning
  • Are willing to work outside of regular working hours, e.g. on weekends
  • Are physically fit for the job as a building cleaner
  • Are willing to take vacation outside of the school holidays in Rhineland-Palatinate
