    For the

    Temporary Grant Specialist:
    We would like to look at candidates within an hourly range scale. Please note the hourly rate when sending over candidate resume for review.


    Essential Duties:

    assists the PDG B-5 Project Manager with administrative activities required by the PDG B-5 grant including monitoring, preparing reporting documents for approval by Project Manager, tracking equipment, maintaining records and retention requirements, among other duties.

    Work with financial analyst to track spend down and close out of grant, including subgrantee tracking and match reporting.

    Compiling information and writing drafts of required quarterly program performance reports, annual program performance report, and final program report for Project Manager review and approval Maintain inventory of PDG-purchased equipment and disbursement of equipment at grant close out Organize PDG records, files, reports, etc.

    Make recommendations and implement long-term file, records, and report storage and access/sharing solution across partners. Work with executive assistant to plan and carry out record retention requirements. Work with contractors to ensure return and storage of data collected on behalf of MDE.

    ssist Financial Analyst with administration of budgets and subgrants Interface between OGS and subgrantees to ensure compliance with reporting requirements (financial and programmatic).
