For the MPG-wide implementation of the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) tool Archibus, we are currently seeking a CAFM specialist (m/f/d) for technical building management at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

You will be part of the central CAFM service, which offers the following services for all Max Planck Institutes. In this context, you will be responsible for the setup, further development, maintenance, and data quality assurance of the facility management system Archibus.

The CAFM system is of great importance for all administrative areas of the MPG, including construction and needs planning, accounting, auditing, external construction sites, and all institutes of the MPG. You are responsible for quality assurance and further development of the system for the assigned institutes.

As a member of the Technical Service team, you will be integrated into the workflows of the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law and have access to all resources on site.

Your tasks include, among others, checking graphical data for CAFM conformity, recording technical systems during and after major construction projects, maintaining statistics (key figures and indicators), and creating data analyses and preparations.
