- 0-4 years experience with an emphasis on roadway design (PennDOT and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission), drainage design, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation pollution control, NPDES permitting, etc.
- The preferred candidate will also have experience with the design development of transportation projects, regulatory permitting, and proficiency in the use of engineering software including but not limited to MicroStation InRoads/OpenRoads, HydroCAD, and HEC-RAS.
- Knowledge of the PA DEP NPDES permitting process is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
- Lastly, the preferred candidate will also have completed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam as well as possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
