We are currently seeking a Team Leader for Quality & Manufacturing Excellence in our Leisurewear Department (M/F/d).

Here's what you can expect:

Leading a multidisciplinary team, including Ready Made Garments Quality, Materials Quality Fabrics & Trims, and Lean Consultant coordination. This includes assigning responsibilities and workload, as well as coaching, developing, and counseling team members.
Establishing Hugo Boss standards for manufacturing processes, equipment, and technical expertise, based on top Lean and Quality principles.
Coordinating projects according to professional project management standards, with feedback loops and handoffs to suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Promoting the implementation of lean manufacturing guidelines and responsible fabric management at vendors, to improve cost efficiency.
Establishing and maintaining quality assurance standards and procedures, collaborating with relevant units and departments to enhance manufacturing process performance.
Actively managing and developing suppliers in terms of physical quality attributes and chemical management.
Encouraging a crossfunctional approach and fostering continuous communication with PD and Creative teams during the early development phase.
Supporting the Head of Procurement in measuring the performance of garment and material suppliers.
