    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute personalized home care plans.
    • Monitor patient progress and document accurately.
    • Administer medications and perform essential wound care.
    • Utilize HomeCare HomeBase for effective documentation.

    Qualifications:

    • Active RN licensure in New Jersey.
    • Minimum of one year of recent home health experience.
    • Proficiency in OASIS documentation.
    • Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.

    Position Details:

    • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
    • Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
    • Minimal on-call responsibilities.
    • 13-week contract with potential extensions.
    • Mileage reimbursement for travel within West Orange.
    • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
