    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years nursing experience required.

    Title:

    Gifted & Talented Program Teacher

    Location:

    Orange, NJ

    Dates:

    • ESY Dates: July 1 - August 2
    • NSY Dates: September 3 - June 27

    Hours:

    Full time, 35 hours per week

    Requirements:

    • Active license/certifications in NJ
    • School-based experience required (clinical setting cannot be the only experience)
    • Fingerprints required for both agency and district
    • TB test required
    • Physical required
    • Must be closed on location

    Responsibilities/Caseload:

    • Provide instruction and support for the Gifted & Talented Program
    • Service the entire school building, which includes over 300 students
    • Develop and implement educational programs for gifted and talented students
    • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administration to foster an enriching learning environment
    • Monitor and assess student progress, and adjust instructional methods as needed
    • Participate in school activities and professional development to enhance teaching practices
