Description

Overview Stellar Solutions is seeking a Sustainment Engineer who will provide operational integration support to a space system ground segment
The sustainment engineer will be part of teams that maintains and tracks defects on a soon to be operational system
This candidate will also provide transitional support to tier level help desks located at major ground locations

Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications In this role you will:

Maintain Daily System Status Awareness/Dashboard this will require some knowledge of space system and space operations
Assist in the development of Tier System Help Desk, to include concept and implementation

Working closely with element development efforts

Maintaining defects reported by users
Familiarization with ServiceNow/HelpNow
Assist in development of User Guides/Ops Procedures/User Training Maintain DR tool databases and oversee weekly DRB meetings (Schedule/Agenda/Minutes)

Establish overall Sustainment Strategies, Policies, Schedules, User Engagements, Coordinating CCB inputs, schedule , coordinate and facilitate CCB meeting Required:

Must possess an active and current TS/SCI with CI/Polygraph Deliverable(s) Sustainment Strategies, Policies, Schedules, and User Engagements
