    Position Overview: As the Lead Computer Vision Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading our computer vision engineering efforts and driving innovation in visual intelligence technologies. You'll lead a team of talented engineers in developing and deploying advanced computer vision algorithms and systems to solve complex visual perception tasks. If you're a seasoned computer vision expert with leadership experience and a passion for innovation, we want you on our team.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of computer vision engineers, setting technical direction, defining best practices, and driving innovation in visual intelligence technologies.
    2. Solution Architecture: Design and architect computer vision solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
    3. Algorithm Development: Develop and implement advanced computer vision algorithms and techniques to solve complex visual perception tasks, such as object detection, image classification, and semantic segmentation.
    4. Model Training and Evaluation: Train and evaluate computer vision models using large-scale datasets, optimizing for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
    5. Model Deployment: Deploy computer vision models into production environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and platforms.
    6. Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of computer vision models and systems, leveraging techniques such as parallel processing, GPU acceleration, and model quantization.
    7. Data Preparation: Collect, preprocess, and annotate image and video data for training computer vision models, ensuring data quality and relevance.
    8. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to deliver end-to-end computer vision solutions that meet customer requirements.
    9. Research and Innovation: Stay informed about the latest advancements in computer vision research and technology, exploring innovative approaches and techniques to enhance computer vision solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
    • 7+ years of experience in computer vision engineering, with a proven track record of developing and deploying computer vision solutions.
    • Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB, and expertise in computer vision libraries and frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
    • Strong understanding of computer vision algorithms and techniques, including object detection, image classification, semantic segmentation, and optical flow.
    • Experience with deep learning architectures for computer vision tasks, such as convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and recurrent neural networks (RNNs).
    • Familiarity with image and video processing techniques, including feature extraction, transformation, and enhancement.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with a passion for tackling complex computer vision challenges.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
