- Support the needs of residents of the program.
- Data entry, filing and support duties as required.
- Observation and tracking of medication adherence.
- Assist with obtaining reliable means of transportation, including use of public transportation. Provide transportation for residents as necessary/ required by program.
- Monitor urinalysis.
- Interact with residents, staff, and guests in a humanistic, person-centered, gender-informed, and trauma-informed manner.
- Attend program staff meeting.
- Remain available and awake at all times.
- Lead Psycho-educational and Recovery groups as assigned.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- HS diploma or GED equivalent. Prior work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- 1-year related experience.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Prior experience working in residential, or behavior health strongly preferred.
- Ability to work directly with a range of clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
- Physical requirements: able to lift up to 20 pounds, walk up and down stairs, drive multi- passenger vehicle.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to complete clear and presentable documentation.
- Ability to participate in and demonstrate knowledge of ASAM standards.
- Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others as a team.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for monitoring and supervising residents, monitor urinalysis, providing transportation, and clerical tasks as assigned.
This is a part-time position.
The schedule is 3rd shift on Thursday & Friday night, from 12am-8am (16 hours per week).
