We are a non-profit organization, a member of the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband, and known in Hamburg as a fair and reliable employer.


For our residential group in the Kasper-Hauser-Haus (a Jugendstil villa in Heimfeld), where people with intellectual and possibly physical disabilities live, we are looking for a reliable and motivated support staff starting in September 2023 on a part-time basis.


Responsibilities:

  • Assistance for clients in their daily routine (support with personal care, breakfast, and scheduling)
  • Coorganizing the diverse and colorful life in the residential group
  • Working hours of 23 days per week from 6:3010:00 am

Qualifications:

  • A respectful and positive view of people
  • Commitment and empathy
  • Basic knowledge or some experience in the field of care
  • Students in the social field or apprentices (e.g. in the field of education)
