Overview:
Join our team as an IT Operations Systems Analyst where you will handle the operational support of back-end systems and data integrations. This role involves providing break/fix support and working on new development projects independently. You will be responsible for Java & SQL design, development, and performance tuning with a focus on all aspects of the software lifecycle. Additionally, you will triage complex problems, communicate with users about incident status, and analyze requirements for enhancements.
