Your responsibilities:
- Preparation of payroll and salary statements in collaboration with external service providers
- Point of contact for our international branches, subsidiaries, and EORs to ensure smooth personnel management
- Monitoring of sick leave, vacation, and working hours
- Maintenance and management of our personnel management tool, Personio
- Creation of statistics and evaluations
- Preparation of certificate templates and employment contracts
- General administrative tasks related to personnel
- Point of contact for colleagues with questions regarding payroll
Your profile:
- You have gained work experience in personnel management
- You have an affinity or experience in payroll accounting and ideally financial accounting
- You are familiar with labor and social security regulations
- You have proficient knowledge of DATEV and MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- You communicate professionally and confidently in German and English (written and spoken)
- You are selforganized and structured
- You have completed a high school diploma and a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration
