If you - like Sebastian Schmid - are enthusiastic and motivated to work on big tasks, then you are welcome to join us as an Energy and Building Technology Officer (m/f/d) for our Location Planning and Development Department at our Stühlingen location

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the availability of technical building equipment (TGA) such as safety systems, alarm and extinguishing systems, and monitoring systems
Managing energy supply (e.g. gas, electricity, and heat)
Maintaining data and communication connections
Ensuring the energyefficient renovation of sales centers
Compliance with legal regulations and ordinances
Establishing standards for the abovementioned tasks for national and international sales centers and locations
Coordinating and defining maintenance measures for building technology systems with landlords, service providers, and location managers
Project management and execution in collaboration with clients, architects, and contractors
Commissioning, coordinating, and supervising external service providers
Planning and evaluating new sales centers and locations

To convince us, you should have:

A degree in technical building services, energy, or electrical engineering (B.Eng.) or equivalent qualification
Several years of relevant work experience in the abovementioned areas
Good knowledge of VOB and HOAI is advantageous
Structured, methodical, and dedicated work approach
Proficiency in common CAD and calculation programs
Good computer skills: O365
Fluency in English (technical English
