    New RemoteAssociate CRM Analyst opportunity
    Our Client, a Medical Device Company ranked highly on Fortune Magazine's "Top 100 Companies to Work For," is searching for talented individuals looking to make an impact. This company offers an environment focused on growth and results, where talented individuals like you are surround by peers you can respect and count on.

    Day-to-Day Duties May Include:
    • Working directly with end users to train and resolve issues.
    • Partnering with CRM Analysts on the team to process system administration tasks and ensure data integrity.
    • Providing tier 1 user support.
    • Assisting in testing and creating test cases.
    • Assisting in preparing files for data loads.
    • Assisting in user setups.
    • Facilitating communication with cross-functional teams.
    • Ensuring quality of business administration tasks.
    • Partnering with CRM Analysts on tier 2 user support, and triaging escalations.
    Qualifications:
    • B.A or B.S. in Business or a related field of study.
    • Basic knowledge in commercial business functions, especially in sales and customer service.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Experience in data entry/technical troubleshooting.
    • Experience working in Salesforce.
    • NO C2C CANDIDATES
