Providing day-to-day technical advice, problem solving and support to operations and maintenanceby applying engineering principles and reliability tools to derive problems to root causeInitiating and/or implementing improvement projects including engineering solutions to eliminate safety and quality concerns, repetitive equipment failures and other major and minor issuesManaging capital and expense project requests, schedules, costs, etcEnsuring compliance of project work with appropriate engineering standardsIdentifying and implementing new ideas and cost reduction opportunitiesIdentifying and addressing obsolescence issues with existing equipmentCreating, maintaining, and updating equipment files and drawings using AUTOCAD and other software packagesManages/owns preventative/predictive programs and systems to improve process and equipment performanceWorks closely with Asset Integrity Center of Excellence to meet guidelines for reliability excellenceManage lubrication best practicesCoordinate NDT
