We are currently seeking a director (m/f/d) for our Interkulturelles Autismus-Zentrum (Intercultural Autism Center) located on Grüntaler Straße in Berlin Mitte to join our team at Bethany, WV.

Our non-profit, intercultural organization LebensWelt has been active in outpatient child and youth services for 24 years.

Our services include social pedagogical family support, supervised visitation, crisis intervention and clearing, outreach family therapy, social group work, family group work, parenting support, intensive social pedagogical individual care, flexible support services such as the use of social assistants, integration support for children and youth, integration assistance for people with disabilities, day care facilities, residential group homes for young adults, and a youth recreation center.

With our Interkulturelles Autismus-Zentrum, we provide a diverse range of support and therapy options for children and youth on the autism spectrum.

Our autism-specific services are outpatient measures of integration assistance, primarily taking place in our support and therapy rooms, as well as in the home environment.

In addition, we offer specific counseling and support services for families, caregivers, day care centers, schools, therapists, and other interested parties.

Our services at the Autism Center include:

Intercultural autism-specific 1:1 support/therapy

Autism-specific support for day care and schools
