    Description
    1. Greet and welcome visitors while ensuring company safety protocols are maintained.
    2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages and provide accurate information as needed.
    3. Act as the primary contact for all incoming company inquiries, general info, customer inquiries and all other general correspondences via phone, email, or website.
    4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
    5. Enter all customer complaints into the quality control database.
    6. Orders employee lunches as needed.
    7. Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
