    Job Description:

    We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers at The One Agency's office in New Orleans, LA. The Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing a positive and welcoming experience for all who interact with our company.

    Pay range:


    $ $28.00 hourly

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet clients, visitors, and callers with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service at all times.
    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department, taking messages as needed.
    • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
    • Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members, coordinating conference room reservations as needed.
    • Receive and distribute mail and packages, including sorting and delivering incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail for pickup.
    • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, data entry, and maintaining office records.
    • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed and maintaining cost-effective supply levels.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
