Responsibilities:
- Your main focus will be on comprehensive and professional support and acquisition of new customers.
- In addition, you will assist in the creation, processing, and calculation of offers and will be responsible for the subsequent followup of offers.
- Your tasks also include the recording, coordination, and processing of incoming orders and inquiries.
- You will also coordinate sales, customer, and trade fair appointments and participate in industry events and trade fairs.
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for customer care and evaluating customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial education and have gained professional experience in a similar field.
- You also have a strong sales affinity.
- You have no problem using MS Office tools.
- You have a high level of empathy, excellent communication skills, and work in a goaloriented manner.
- Willingness to travel and possession of a class B driver's license complete your profile.
