Your Responsibilities:
- Professional leadership and responsibility for the Client Endpoint & Service Desk teams
- Management, planning, development and implementation of IT endpoint systems
- Administration and management of IT infrastructure environments for IT devices
- Scheduling and monitoring the distribution and installation of IT devices
- Coordination and resource planning of internal and external IT employees
- Ensuring proper consultation and support for users with technical inquiries and issues
Your Profile:
- Completed degree in computer science / business informatics or comparable knowledge and skills
- Solid professional experience in the abovementioned field of activity
- Good English skills in spoken and written form
- Independent and structured way of working
- Organizational, communication and assertiveness skills, strong leadership skills
