We are currently looking for reinforcements for our telephone center and back office.

Commercial Employee (m/f/d)

Your tasks include:

As the first point of contact in our telephone center, you are THE voice to the outside world. You joyfully answer incoming calls and provide service-oriented responses to the wishes and concerns of our customers. You also handle general office tasks and coordinate vehicle transfers.


Your qualifications:


  • You ideally have experience in customer service
  • You enjoy interacting with customers and your smile can be heard over the phone
  • You have excellent communication skills and empathy
  • You have a structured, goaloriented work style with organizational talent
  • You have solid MS Office skills
