    Our client, a leading company based in Baltimore, Maryland, is looking to expand their Human Resources team with a dedicated HR Generalist.

    This position plays a vital role in supporting and enhancing the company's workforce management and organizational development.

    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a skilled HR Generalist for our client in Baltimore.

    This temp-to-hire position is ideal for individuals who possess a robust background in Human Resources and are ready to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.

    The successful candidate will manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration.
    Responsibilities

    :

    Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating hiring discussions.

    Manage employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive workplace environment.

    Support the administration of employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other company benefits.

    Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

    Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

    Conduct new employee orientations and employee training sessions.

    Manage records and compile reports from the database as needed to support decision-making processes.

    Participate in performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development planning.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in Human Resources.

    Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

    Good knowledge of employment/labor laws and practices.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Aptitude in problem-solving and conflict resolution.

    Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS or ATS).

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.

    Pay Details:

    $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
