- Manage the cash receipt side of the accounting transactions, including cash receipts, bank reconciliation, billing, and collections
- Manage customer records, including billing contact information, customer classification and price list
- Validate/Maintain Customer information across systems, including Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, and IVAN (which is our house DIT Nurse workflow tracking system)
- Work with the Controller to establish proper accounting processes and documentation around cash receipt activities
- Assist the Controller with month end closing process
- Develop financial/operational reports in accounting system to help with reconciliation, month close process, reporting efficiency and analytical works
- Document interactions across systems (Sage Intacct, IVAN, and Salesforce) for billing and pricing changes
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting
- One (1) – Three (3) years' experience in a Staff Accountant role is preferred
- Two years of demonstrated full-cycle accounting experience
- Two years of demonstrated experience of accounting principles and GL systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience with Sage System or Salesforce is a plus
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate most standard office equipment
- Excellent telephone and oral communication skills
